Whether you are buying a new home or have lived in your home for years, we highly recommend that you have an inspection of your home’s interior and exterior to ensure there's no visible damage from termites or other wood damaging insects. These destructive insects could cost you thousands of dollars in repairs and impact the health of your home.
We recommend that all wood destroying insect inspection reports be completed by a certified, Licensed, and issured inspector in catagory 12 from the PA Department of Agriculture. Our inspectors are licensed, certifed, and insured under catagory 12 through the PA Department of Agriculture. To achieve this certification/accreditation inspectors must attend seminars to maintain credits to stay current on the new methods and rules.
