Whether you are buying a new home or have lived in your home for years, we highly recommend that you have an inspection of your home’s interior and exterior to ensure there's no visible damage from termites or other wood damaging insects. We recommend that all wood destroying insect inspection reports be completed by a certified, Licensed, and issured inspector in catagory 12 from the PA Department of Agriculture. Our inspectors are licensed, certifed, and insured under catagory 12 through the PA Department of Agriculture. To achieve this certification/accreditation inspectors must attend seminars to maintain credits to stay current on the new methods and rules.

What to expect from your wood insect inspection?
• We will inspect all accessible areas of the home, including the attic and crawlspaces, for wood destroying insects such as:
      • termites      
      • carpenter bees & ants      
      • reinfesting wood boring beetles 

Important note: inspections do not include mildew, mold, non-wood destroying insects, rodents, bats, other pests, and non-insect wood destroying organisms.

• We will probe and/or sound the areas to determine if wood destroying 
  insects are present.
• We will provide a wood destroying insect report post-inspection.
